Is the website secure?
Yes, all aspects of the booking process are fully tested and highly secure. Your card details and other personal details are encrypted.
I haven't received my confirmation
Some ISPs use SPAM filters on email. Log in to your web mail and check your filtered mail box. Make sure you entered a correct email address when booking.
Can I make a booking for today?
Yes, subject to availability. Your booking voucher will be emailed to you within a few minutes of your payment. Please ensure you enter a correct email address to avoid any problems.
What happens when I have completed my booking?
We email you directions and arrival instructions along with your booking confirmation. You may also request a postal confirmation.
Are directions included with my booking?

When will the car park be informed of my booking?
Our car parks are informed of the booking process on completion of the booking. We hold an allocation parking of spaces on our system to ensure a space is reserved.
Do my times have to be exact?
We only need approximate times. The car park will confirm your return time we you check in.
What if I need to change my vehicle?
If you need to change your car, email us the details and we will inform the car park. Having the correct car details will speed up the check in process on your arrival at the car park. There is no charge for this.
How do I get from the car park to the airport?
Car parks running a transfer service to the airport, do so free of charge.
What about cancellations, amendments & refunds?
Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the day of departure and will be subject to a £7.50 administration charge.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of departure will not be refunded. If bookings are cancelled on the day of travel or afterwards, no refund will apply. No refund is available for unused part stays.
